Return orders that are lost without tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure products are adequately wrapped and protected. Damaged products are not eligible for refunds.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us if requested. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
