We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or receive your money back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in your possession and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@prosperdirecthealth.com. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned with an insured tracking number such as USPS Priority Mail. Return orders that are lost without tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure products are adequately wrapped and protected.
Damaged products are not eligible for refunds.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us if requested. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
